Nova 7 year warranty
In fact, we are so confident that the Nova range of sound level meters continues in our long tradition of reliability and quality of our products that we are offering a 7-year warranty on every one of the six meters included in the range as standard.
The Nova warranty covers parts and labour costs* resulting from manufacturing defects or accidental damage (with the exception of the microphone capsule and the LCD display) for a period of 7 years. It excludes damage to an instrument caused by the use of any accessories or components not specified or recommended by us. The Nova 7-year warranty is backed by Pulsar’s outstanding customer support in the UK and in the countries where we are represented.
*Subject to the instrument being returned to us for an annual service at our premises in the UK.

Pulsar’s customer support team and our qualified technicians will look after your instrumentation and will ensure your Nova sound level meters and accessories are always performing at their best.
On completion of each routine check up by Pulsar Instruments in the UK, the instrument will be automatically given a certificate of Calibration for audit trail and an additional free 12 month warranty. This means that, if your Nova sound level meter is returned and verified by us every year, the warranty is effectively continuous for 7 years from the date of purchase.
If you are familiar with our noise measurement products, you will note that this offer enables us to extend our current warranty scheme by an additional 5 years to provide our users with extra peace of mind. This is particularly important at a time when health and safety budgets are under strain and buyers are looking for added value.
