We accept the majority of debit and credit cards.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We reserve the right to not process online payment for goods in countries where Pulsar Instruments has a preferred Sales Distribution Partner or Reseller. Instead your enquiry will be passed to them for completion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We reserve the right to refuse an order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do not store your card details, they are processed by a third party (Stripe) and removed as soon as your order has been processed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our website provides prices in Pounds Sterling (GBP) as a default. You can <strong>change your preferred currency to US Dollars (USD) and Eur<\/strong><strong>os<\/strong> <strong>(EUR)&nbsp;<\/strong>by selecting the \u2018<strong>\u00a3<\/strong>\u2018 symbol on the top menu bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you pay via another currency (other than GBP, USD or EUR) your bank may charge you a foreign currency transaction fee and\/or currency conversion fees.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other Payments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Other payment options and terms are available such as payment by credit card over the phone (or via secure payment link), bank transfer or cheque (UK only). We can send a full quotation or proforma invoice on request. Payment terms are strictly 30 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please <a href=\"https:\/\/pulsarinstruments.com\/contact\/\">contact us<\/a> for more information or call our customer service team on +44 (0)1723 339715.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VAT and Sales Tax<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pulsar Instruments VAT number is: 547025649<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All purchases made for delivery to UK addresses will have VAT added.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pulsar Instruments is not liable for any local taxes for non-UK delivery addresses e.g.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>(i) Customs duties;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(ii) Local sales taxes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(iii) Import duties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Instruments in stock will normally be despatched within 2\u20133 working days once payment has been received by our bank.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery will be via a UK or international courier company such as Fedex, DHL, TNT.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your item is not currently in stock an estimated delivery date will be advised by separate email to you from our Customer Service Team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The costs of delivery are pre-set by your selected country (and\/or Region) and by weight in GBP (a currency conversion will be made at a pre-set rate for USD and Euro payments).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping of Accessories Carriage Weighing Less Than 500g<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accessories weighing less than 500g will incur a standard postage &amp; packaging fee of \u00a36 in the UK.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Additional Charges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In addition to our standard carriage rates, non-UK customers may have to pay additional charges locally such as:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>(i) Customs duties;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(ii) Local sales taxes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(iii) Import duties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>New Pulsar-branded instruments include an initial one-year warranty from the original purchase date. Returning an instrument to Pulsar Instruments for <a href=\"https:\/\/pulsarinstruments.com\/service\/calibration-service\/\">calibration every 12 months<\/a> extends its warranty for a further year, up to a total of 10 years. There is no separate charge for the extension beyond the standard annual calibration cost. If an annual calibration is missed, the extended warranty becomes invalid. A warranty buy-back option is available to reinstate cover.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The warranty period for used items (and non-Pulsar branded products) varies. Please check individual product pages or contact us for more information.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Pulsar Warranty covers instrument faults and accidental damage throughout the initial year and each annual extension. For sound level meters, this includes damage to the microphone capsule, which will be replaced with an as-new refurbished capsule where required. Please see <a href=\"https:\/\/pulsarinstruments.com\/service\/pulsar-warranty\/\">Pulsar Warranty<\/a> for more information.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Products: Returns Policy for Purchase of Measurement Instruments and Their Accessories<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may return the instruments and\/or accessories you have purchased from us for credit\/refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Goods must be in a resalable condition when returned. However, you may transfer your place to another person in your organisation, or to an alternative date.
