The ‘used’ stock is from our ex-demonstration meters, ex-rental equipment and also from customer trade-ins. Brands on sale include Pulsar Instruments, Castle Group and Casella – with more expected to be added.
Pulsar’s General Manager, Simon Rehill said “A lot of these meters are high-end sound level meters that would normally cost in excess of £1000 new but we are able to offer them onto customers in full working order at very competitive prices, so whatever our customers’ budgets are they can be assured of a cost-effective solution to their noise measurement problem”.
All instruments are carefully checked and serviced and are offered on to new customers in complete working order with a 12-month calibration certificate and three months warranty. In most cases, we are able to supply more information about the history of the meters on request.
Where possible we supply our used equipment with:
- a user manual
- either a hard attache case or protective pouch, and
- where noted as a kit with an acoustic calibrator (with separate calibration certificate).
Warranty and returns
We supply our used equipment:
- in complete working order after it’s been checked by our service department
- with a 12 month calibration certificate
- with a warranty of up to three months.
