We are so confident in the reliability and strength of our noise monitoring products that we offer a 10-year warranty on all new Pulsar-branded products.

Pulsar instruments are built to provide reliable measurements for years to come. The Pulsar Warranty provides an initial year of cover, with annual extensions available for up to 10 years when instruments are returned to Pulsar Instruments for calibration every 12 months.

Comprehensive Cover From Day One

The Pulsar Warranty covers instrument faults and accidental damage. For sound level meters, this also includes damage to the microphone capsule, which will be replaced with an as-new refurbished capsule where required.

Extend Your Warranty With Annual Calibration

Returning an instrument to Pulsar Instruments for calibration every 12 months extends its warranty for a further year, up to a total of 10 years.

There is no separate charge for the warranty extension beyond the standard annual calibration cost. If an annual calibration is missed, the extended warranty becomes invalid. A warranty buy-back option is available to reinstate cover.

The initial warranty lasts for one year from the original purchase date. Annual calibration with Pulsar Instruments can extend the cover by a further year at a time, up to a total of 10 years.
