The HAVi Hand-Arm Vibration Monitoring Kit provides a practical solution for monitoring and recording hand-arm vibration exposure. By accurately logging daily tool usage, the system helps organisations manage vibration exposure and maintain compliance with workplace safety standards.
Each kit includes HAVi+ Trigger Timers and HAVi Watches. Kit variations are available to suit teams of different sizes, making it easy to scale from small workshops to large industrial operations.
HAVi+ Trigger Timer
The HAVi+ attaches directly to vibrating tools to accurately measure trigger time and calculate exposure points. Simply input the vibration magnitude based on the manufacturer’s recommendations or values measured using a hand-arm vibration meter such as the Pulsar vB². The HAVi+ communicates wirelessly with the HAVi Watch to record exposure data from each tool used throughout the working day.
HAVi Watch
Paired with one or more HAVi+ devices, the HAVi Watch records all usage data while providing real-time feedback to the operator. The Watch alerts the user when approaching Exposure Action or Limit Values, ensuring safe working limits are maintained. Its fully sealed, induction-charged design is ideal for demanding conditions.
