We are so confident in the reliability and strength of our noise monitoring products that we offer a 10-year warranty on all new Pulsar-branded products.

Your investment in Pulsar Instruments’ branded noise measurement technology is not something that should cause you any worry.

Within your initial 1-year guarantee, we cover the repair of all faults and damage to the instrument. For sound level meters, this also includes damage to the microphone capsule, which will be replaced with an as-new refurbished capsule where required.

You can extend this standard 1-year unconditional warranty by a further 9 years at no additional cost (to the standard annual calibration cost), provided the instrument is routinely verified and calibrated by Pulsar Instruments every 12 months.

Our process is simple:

With our 10-year worry-free warranty, you are covered for all instrument manufacturing faults as well as any accidental damage to the instrument itself.

This means that if your equipment is under this guarantee, it is covered for everything when it comes back for calibration; we will service, repair and calibrate it for one simple, fixed cost.
