The United Kingdom left the EU Single Market and Customs Union on January 1 with a new trading relationship. In preparation for this Pulsar put together many plans to continue our operations and to support deliveries to our customers throughout the EU economic area.
In terms of our UK customers, there is no change at all in our relationship with you., and last year, we put plans in place to allow for the seamless exporting of our products in the European Union – these have not changed. Whether you are ordering from inside the EU or not, you will still be able to access our instrumentation either through our eCommerce platform, or by contacting a member of our sales team.
We no longer charge VAT to export our EU customers online, however, your country may still charge you VAT at your receiving country end, this is not within our control. The procedure for reclaiming this will vary slightly from country to country, but in general terms VAT charged on imports can be reclaimed via your country’s normal VAT return process.
We remain committed to being a global organisation, making it easy to buy from us, regardless of where in the world you are.
