Pulsar Nova Entry Level sound meters: Models 41 & 42
Pulsar Nova Model 41 (Class 1) and Model 42 (Class 2) are low cost, entry level sound meters.
- IEC 61672-1:2002 compliant
- Full-colour OLED display
- Simultaneous measurement of all key noise parameters
- Calibration prompt for compliant, accurate measurements
- 20dB(A) to 140dB(A) dynamic measurement range
- Ergonomic shape for ease and comfort
- Exceptional battery life, typically 30 hours on standard alkaline AA cells
In addition, there will be an opportunity to upgrade both meters with a number of optional modules at the time of purchase or later on to meet changing needs.
This entry-level instrument is ideal for basic noise level assessments, emergency service alarm testing, sound system installation or vehicle noise measurement.
Pulsar Nova noise meters come with a 7-year warranty
The Nova range of high performance sound level meters are covered by a 7-year warranty. The Pulsar noise meters come with an initial 24-month warranty which can be extended up to 7 years if the equipment is serviced and recalibrated by Pulsar Instruments every 12 months. Free backup and customer support, including licence-free software and updates are offered with every Pulsar noise measurement product.
