Ongoing support for existing customers is available in the form of professional training and guidance in the use and maintenance of their chosen instrumentation.

Instrument warranty

Activate your warranty today

Register your new instrument with us today to activate your 1-year warranty, just complete the form below making sure you list the serial number(s) of your equipment. The Pulsar Warranty includes any faults on the sound level meter and accidental case damage. Our warranty runs for 1 year from the original date of purchase of the instrument as new. 

Extend your warranty up to 7 years

Once you've registered your sound level meter, dosemeter or acoustic calibrator with us we'll be able to remind you when your instrument needs to be returned for service and calibration (routine verification); we recommend that you return your noise meter to us on a yearly basis so you can have total confidence in the legal compliance of your noise measurements. For every year you return it we will extend your warranty period for a further 12 months up to 7 years.
